What are the exemptions to property in Nevada? Are major home appliances purchased at a department store exempt?

Nevada has very good exemptions - see NRS 21.090 on the State legislature web site at
www.leg.state.nv.us
If the appliances are financed, the creditor may have a valid security interest - or not. It depends on the contract.
