A Federal Discrimination lawsuit
Can a Bankrupcy Trustee interfear a settlement hearing and be able to settle a lawsuit that the E.E.O.C. has deamed wrongful? And cause of settlement would terminate employment without notice to the complainant.

If it is a Chapter 7 bankrupcy and the claim is part of the bankruptcy estate the anwer is yes.
