Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
How often can I file bankruptcy?
I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy in 1992 after my divorce. I now have medical bills and credit card debts piling up, no job and a child to support. Can I file bankruptcy again at this time? Thank you

Re: How often can I file bankruptcy?
Yes. You are not barred from a discharge in 2001 if you received one in 1992.
