Can I file from ot of state
I live in nevada, but I'm out of state right now. Can I file from where I'm at, over the internet or thru a fax and then return in time for the creditors meeting.
Thanks Rod

Filing when I out of state
You should file Bankruptcy in your home state or where you mostly lived during the last 180 days. Where you are physically right now is unimportant.
Just because you are out of state does not mean that you can't file back home, but you will need to return signed papers with an original signature to your attorney in order to have your case actually filed.
