Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada

Lets say I filed bankruptcy already, completed the 341 meeting of creditors, etc.. can I still add a creditor to my bankruptcy? And if so would I have to do a 341 hearing again?

Yes, you can & should add in the missing creditor. The court will charge a fee for you to do this. You won't need to have another 341 meeting unless the creditor requests it. And you must notify the creditor of the bankrupcy yourself, since the court won't do it for you. And you also must file proof that you provided the creditor with notice of your bankruptcy.
