Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
We filed bk in May but has not been discharged yet. We have been paying on our 5th wheel trailer without a reaffirmation. We had an accident but have insurance. I dont think the insurance is going to give us enough to replace & pay off the 5th wheel. Since the 5th wheel is in our bk do we have to pay it off? We must purchase another as my husband lives in it when working out of town.

The Discharge will eliminate your personal responsibility for paying the loan on the 5th wheel. However, you will not be able to keep the insurance proceeds, since the lender has the title on this trailer.
