Filing Chapter 7 in Nevada
Are there any lawyers here in Vegas who will file my chapter 7 case with a payment plan and no downpayment? I have a job. paycheck in garnishment and 2 pending. Can I file myself? And is there a form to make payments on filing fee cost? pls advise asap .need to file today.

No. The reason is that as a creditor of the person who files bankruptcy, there is a conflict of interest. Furthermore, you could add the lawyer as a creditor and he would not get paid.
The standard charge is $2,000. You have to remember, most lawyers have enough business that they do not need a $2000 client to do the work up front and hope to get paid.
