Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
Gambling debt
I have approximately $75,000 in gambling debt, have a job, and can make minimum payments. Should I go to a debt counseling service or file bankruptcy? I am 63 years old and, obviously, will never pay off the debts at the rate I am going. Have entered a gambling program to stop.

Re: Gambling debt
You can file bankruptcy but if you have markers the debt may have to go into a Chapter 13.
