Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
my husband died of cancer almost 2 years ago...with 3 medical insurance policies we still owed one doctor who removed his lung over $17,000 dollars....i am getting ready to file chapte 7 bankruptcy..can i and should i add this debt to my filing

Bankruptcy law requires that you include every debt to your petition. So of course you will include this doctor's bill because you have no choice but to obey the law.
