Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
Insurance check
I've spent all of the ins. chk. that was sent to me. I was supposed to hand it over to the hospital.
It's over 15k. Should I seek advice on chapter 13. I can't afford the 1k a mo. that the hospital says is the only way.

If you file a Chapter 13, you would have 5 years to pay it back. It would be $275 a month with the trustee's fees, plus attorney's fees.
