Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
If you live in one state, can you file in another?
If Bankrupy papers are started in CA by a paralegal and I move to NV, do those papers still have to be filed in CA or do I have to file in the state where I reside?

You need to be a resident for the greater part of 180 days.
