Motorhome and car
I own a motorhome plus a car. I use my motorhome as my residence.
Will I still be able to use the exemtion for a car even tho I own a motorhome which is a vihecle to.

If you live in your motorhome you will have an exemption for it as your home separate from your exemption for your car.

Claiming a Motorhome as a residence
Under Nevada homestead laws, if you file Bankruptcy, you may claim your motorhome as your residence, provided that you live in it and that you comply with the homestead laws. This applies even though a motorhome is titled and registered as a vehicle. I hope you will contact James or myself to represent you on your Bankruptcy if you are in Las Vegas.
