Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada

NRS 21.090 (1) (e)

Under the Nevada Revised Statutes: 21.090 (1) (e). Does this mean if I have a gold claim that I can keep my claim and equipment to work the claim. This is my only income.

You can keep your tools of the trade. Insofar as your claim that is up to the Trustee or Court depending on its fair market value.
