what happens if i dont pay the trustee, my tax return fro this year.

Your Trustee will ask the Court to revoke your Discharge & dismiss your bankruptcy. The court will almost always grant this request, because the tax refund money does not belong to you when you filed your bankruptcy. Hence, you stole money from the Bankruptcy Trustee! I would recommend that you find a way to get the tax refund money to the Trustee immediately, because you won't like what will happen to you otherwise.
