Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
A question on a chapter 7 form asks if I am the beneficiuary of a will.What does this mean?what happens after discharge would the inheritence be encumbered?

This question is asking if you will be inheriting property. The question only appliesto someone who has already died. It doesn't apply if the person is still alive and named you in their will. But if a death occurs within 6 months of the bankruptcy, any inheritance could be seized by the Trustee & used to pay your debts.
