Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
If you have recieved a 5 day eviction notice (not a judgment of eviction) and filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy... does the automatic stay stop the eviction process?

Yes, but it may not permanently stop it. It depends on what the plan provides & whether the landlord obtains a lift stay. Noticing requirements are rather tricky in this kind of situation, so be sure to point out these problems to your lawyer.
