Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
I have to do the repayment plan I am trying to see how much I will have to pay for the next 36 months can you advise me how to set it up please I am completely lost.

If you are in a Chapter 13, you are required to pay all of your disposable income into your Plan. That means that assuming your expenses are not challenged by the trustee, you would be required to pay AT LEAST the amount left over on Schedule J, line 23(c) for 36 months. However, this does not take into consideration whether the claims you may be required to pay in full through your plan, such as tax debt, child support are in fact paid off by this amount. If you have mandatory debt, you might have to either increase your payments or extend the length of time you make payments.
