Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
Repossession after bankruptcy
I filled a chapter 13 and there was some property that was secures on one of the loans included. I have been unable to get this company to pick up the items. Is there a time frame or must I store this until they get around to it. It has been almost a year already.
