Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
we retained a lawyer over a month ago, we have provided all monies and paper work, we can not get ahold of him, phone or internet. He has not filed for us and this is just making our hardship harder, what can we do, or what should we do ?

Write him a letter, drop it off at the office and say in the letter that if he does not set you for an appointment within three days, you are going to the state bar and if he does not respond, fill out a bar complaint.
