Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
I sold some of my pension for a lumpsum payment, to be paid back monthly over a 5 year period. I've been paying it now for a year and a half. My question is if I file bankruptcy can I list them and wipe out the rest of my debt with them?
Thankyou

Your pension was exempt so if you sold it and spent the money, the purchaser took the risk that you might file bankruptcy and he is sol. It can be discharged.
