Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
If there are 10 people on a board and 9 of them vote "yes" on an issue but one obstaines is the "yes" vote considered unanimous?

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say the answer is "it depends." The corporate bylaws need to be consulted to see how votes that abstain are treated. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
