Adult business

Hi I'm new in the business, I want to open and Adult Store ont the web operated from home, but the there is a specific zoning assigned to the adult industrie, can I just get a P.O Box, and do I need a LLC.

I am in Las Vegas, Nevada.

You need an LLC, internet entertainer's business license and a sales and use permit if you'rs going to sell merchandise.

You need to get a business license if you want to do it properly. I believe that if you are strictly operating on the web, you don't need a special license. A P.O. Box would be fine and I don't think you need an LLC because you have little liability; however,most sites that are big do have LLC's so that is something you want to consider.
