Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Can a booth rental salon demand that the booth renter only sell or use products the salon owner has choosen? There is nothing stating this in our lease agreement, and yet they say we may not use products of our choice, nor sell products of our choice.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. If product distribution requirements are not set forth in the lease agreement, and this is the only agreement used, the the salon owner is attempting to modify the lease, which normally requires agreement by both parties. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
