Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
I built a website and made matching biz cards for a customer. I sent her a copy of the biz card and asked her to proof it before I submitted it for print. She emailed me back and ok'd it. I sent it for printing. PROBLEM: there is a spelling error. The on line card company does not halt, correct or interfer with orders already placed and have a big disclaimer stating such on their site. Who eats the cost of ordering new ones. I

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Is this issue covered in your contract with the customer? Even if it's not, the customer ok'd the proof and should have caught the spelling error. As a customer service, you might want to split the cost. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
