Business
is it legal for an employeer to have you sign a non compete form after you have left the company. I have been given an option sign the paper or I cannot receive my last check. I left the company on 2/22/07

Unless you are getting paid extra to sign the non-compete it would be illegal. I would report the employer to the Nevada Labor Commissioner.
