Our Business plan: Trade Shows across the USA and across the world in other Countries

Startup stages question:

If we have a Nevada based LLC, what will be required if anything to host Trade Shows in other Countries as well as many US States?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Can't really say about other countries, as each country has specific laws. In the other US states, it depends on how and where you have your trade shows. Some exhibition halls handle permits as part of the rental fee; others don't. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
