Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Can Canadian Citizen form Nevada Corporation?
I am a Canadian citizen who wants to start a Nevada corporation. Do the officers and directors of a Nevada corporation have to be US citizens or residents? Does the incorporator have to be a US Citizen or resident? If so, my sister resides in the US with a green card. Would that satisfy both requirements?

Re: Can Canadian Citizen form Nevada Corporation?
Foreigners can incorporate and be officers and directors of a Nevada corporation. There is a requirement though for a Nevada resident agent and registered office.
