Child Care Agreement
I cannot find a standardized child care agreement binding parents to a financial obligatin. Does one exist and where can I find it??

Re: Child Care Agreement
Any such agreement must be approved by the Judge. Therefore there is no standardized agreement but either an Order or Decree. There are standardized provisions which can be obtained from the Self-Help Center at Clark County Family Court on Pecos and Bonanza.
