Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Client not paying
Hi, I am a freelance web & graphic designer. I recently built a website for a client, and sent them the invoice. When they recieved the invoice, the total amount was for $3100.00 (approx). They have now told me that they will only pay $2100.00 for it. Can they do this or do they have to pay me for what the invoice says?

Re: Client not paying
Did you have a contract with them? If they in any way limited what they would be paying for before you did the website, then they may have wiggle room. Otherwise, you can probably go after them for the full amount.
Good luck
