can a company require you to use a personal credit card for company exspenses if you are a paid employee non commisioned

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Without a written employment contract, employees are "at will," meaning they are subject to termination, relocation, etc. as well as all reasonable employment conditions. If these conditions do not violate local wage and hour laws or discrimination laws, they are likely valid. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
