Corporate - business
I have a Colorado s-corp. I am expanding my business to Nevada. Can I include this new business under the Colorado corporate name or do I have to do something different for Nevada?

You can file your Colorado corporation in Nevada as a foreign corporation.
There is no legal requirement to subject your Colorado corporation's assets to the claims of Nevada creditors, which may result from filing in Nevada as a foreign corporation.
