Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
There is a cosmetic product sold in gallon jugs to nail salons that is used as a top coat for manicures. Would it be illegal to buy this product and then bottle it under a different name in half-ounce bottles with a more specific intended use than just a general top coat? Thank you for your help.

Generally, without a license from the manufacture, this sort of practice usually begs for a lawsuit; however, there is not enough information provided to fully assess your particular situation.
