Credit Application
Do you need an original signiture on a credit app. to be binding in Nevada or Califonia

Interesting question. If you are sued and you actually signed a credit app, you have a defense. If you applied online, they will use what is called an electronic signature and you don't have a defense.
If you are sued, I have won cases for cardholders against the banks.
