Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Employee Pay and Commisions
I work for a company as the VP of Sales. One of the products we have is an online Real Estate coaching product which I sale 12 month contracts to a certain real estate brand's offices for access to the online coaching product. I get paid 10% commision each time the company pays their monthly bill on the 12 month contract. I get paid when the company collects. Well just recently the company sold the business to the actual real Estate company we were in partners with. The problem is that my company says it doesnt have to pay me for the $180,000 in contracts that were due to be paid over the next 12 months, which was purchased with the sale. I am disputing this and might need assistance to make sure I get paid what I feel is owed to me.

Re: Employee Pay and Commisions
The success of your potential recovery will depend on the terms and conditions of your employment contract concerning the sales. If the sales have been received by your company you would probably have a strong case to recover the unpaid monies.

If you have all the documentation to support your claim, I will take it on a 1/3 contingency.
