Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
If an employee see something within the workplace that can potentially harm someone and says nothing and as a result someone gets hurt is he guilty of a crime?

Probably not unless there is criminal gross negligence involved which results in someone getting harmed. However, if the employee ignores recognizing or preventing a hazard to others which compromises the safety of the workplace he could be subject to civil suit.
