Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
What's in a name (Inc at end only)?
I am making decisions on a name for a corporation (non-profit) and I would like it to be both descriptive, yet have a short version.
Does the Inc. (or whatever) have to be at the end or can it be WITHIN the name:
Company, Inc. Surplus Outfitters Organization ?
(obviously not the real moniker)
