Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
My ex-husband I open an LLC under his name only during our marriage. The business was all my idea and we never signed any agreement. We didnt add the business on the divorce and now that we are divorced he saying that the LLC is his business. LLC was established during the marriage and I can show that I contributed to the business.
I just would like to know if I have the rights to the LLC?

If your ex-husband doesn't agree to divide the business than you need to re-open the divorce proceedings and get the judge to do it.
Good luck.
