Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Can I file a class actiontype suit pro-se if I am one of the victims?
Several individuals (including myself) were ripped off by a company (each of us were ripped off by the same company under slighty differing circumstances). We cannot find a lawyer to take the case, so can we all file the case pro-se together as one class-action (or something similar) type lawsuit? Would I be barred from taking the lead in representing us due to laws barring the ''unathorized practice of law?''

You can't represent the class pro se.

The three of you can file together on one complaint. You may be able to file a class action, but you did not provide enough information. Pleading and prosecuting class actions is not an easy task.
