Which is the best way to file for Corp
When Filling for a corporation as a Real Estate Sales person and employed as an Independent Contractor would I file for an S Corporation or an LLC?

It is really a tax issue. You should ask your CPA which he would pick.

My office already has formed an S-corporation for a Las Vegas real estate broker. In conjunction with advice from a tax professional, that structure made more sense. In your case, a single-member LLC might add problems a single owner S-corporation would not.
