Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
We have filed LLC aritcles of incorporation with the State of NV. We know that they are processing our request. Can we start operating under the new entity name?

Any attorney will say not until you get your articles back from the State with their endorsement and date of filing. That's when the legal entity is born. Whichever bank you use will need to see these as well before they will allow you to open an account. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
