Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
after finding a breach in the contract , their attorney puts on the table a condition that I allow their new company to write contracts and take 100% of the total net deposit and then I'll take on the service and (lease)contract. Also If they sell
a product then we'd split the profit 50%/50%. Is that not a partnership in all respects. can I be force to accept that. Also
when you purchase a business which has leases shouldn't all those leases be up to par and not running on a clause that states if you haven't given a 30 day cancellation before contract expires then they automatically renews the contract. I've got 21 out of 42 contract which are running on force renewals. is that fraudulent (despective trade practices0

More facts are needed in order for anyone to give you reliable legal advice. Notwithstanding, if you are dealing adversely with an attorney, you should probably get an attorney. You may not realize what sorts of webs he or she may be spinning around you until you are all tied up.
Definitely need more information before I can help you. Generally, contracts are governed by the terms of the contract itself, unless those terms are contrary to law or public policy. So you really need an attorney to review the contract before any advice can be given. Call me with a few more details and I'll see what I can do for you. I can also review the contract for you for a very reasonable price. Call for details. David Ortiz. 702-476-9200.
