Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada

I own a for-profit business which has/requires a specific industry license. Recently, a partner and I chose to start a non-profit, part of which would offer services that my for-profit business also offers, but to a different clientele. Is it possible to use my for profit business as a part of the non-profit?

It's unlikely you could structure your operations that way.

Good luck.

It's not entirely clear from your post what your actual intention is here. For example, a non-profit can own a for profit entity. But a non-profit is never owned, it is directed. In most cases, you would never comingle such business activity as it can jeapordize the tax exempt status of the non-profit.
