Fraud?
I went to an event and a man had what was called '' Business in a Box'' for sale. He had me read what he said was the ''contract'' that he gives to people who buy his product. I signed the sales receipt to purchase this item but was told he didn't have a contract that was blank (the one i read was for someone else) and would be sending me one with the business. It said in the contract that he would help to find places to sell the items. This turned out to not be true. He also sent a form he calls ''non competition'' which he hadnt told me about and did not show me. I have disputed this with the credit card company. I have disputed this with him. His contract does not say ''No returns'' but he wont refund the money even though item has been returned. What can I do to get my money back?

You can sue in Small Claims for up to $5000.Above that you sue in Justice Court or District Court.
