Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada

I was the owner of a Group home facility sold the business to an individual buyer who did not comply with State regulation nor thus he got any approval from the Business Licensure. The buyer was operating the business without my authorization and pretend to be the owner of the Group[home for the Elderly thus he also collect payments from my patients. I was never compensated . I tried to resolve the problem but he refuse to comply. I need a legalities advice on this matter and need to know if I have a case?
