frozen my personal bank account
can a vendor freeze my personal bank account if my business is LLC and I have not receive any notice of the freeze.-

The hidden danger of having a flow through entity like an LLC is that a bank will allow an attachement on a disregarded entity. I always suggest my clients bank personally at a different bank than form where they keep their personal funds. However, you can go to court to set aside the attachment, but what's done is done.
