Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
General legal advice needed for all corp matters
We are looking to obtain services of an attorney / legal firm to review/draft contracts that we execute with our partners, review articles of incorporation, bylaws, stock repurchase agreements, and guide us in over all corporate matters. We are a startup company and looking to form a long term relationship with the firm. In the near term we are seeking to get listed on Pinksheets or OTC bb and help in that area is also needed.
