Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Incorporating a new company or adding a subsidiary?
We have an incorporated company in Nevada and we are wanting to establish a seperate entity in order to transfer funds and assets to as well as act as a flow through company. Our question: What are the advantages of starting a new corporation for this process as opposed to adding this entity as a wholly owned subsiduary to our existing corporation?
Thanks.

The advantage is the asset protection provided by the second entity as opposed to the subsidairy.
