Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Initial Incorporator
I filed the initial list of officers for a Las Vegas incorporated company as the President of the company. The initial Incorporator of the company decided that he wants me completely out of the company has decided not to give me the minute book although the Secretary of State's website lists me as the President and the Treasurer of the company. The initial incoporator is telling me that only, he has the right to appoint the initial list of directors and what I have filed with the secretary of the state is invalid. All involded with the company are not in the US either. What can I do?
