Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
llc
I have some outstanding bad credit in collections and judgements. If I open and LLC in my name and make deposits in the business account for the LLC can my personnal credit attach and disolve my LLC account? Can I have any account for my business that my personnal creditors can't touch?

Re: llc
No, that account is separate. However, if your creditors can pience the LLC veil by showing a fraudulent conveyance then those assets would be in jeapordy. I would suggest using a manager-nominee different from you.
