I have a LLC. Two people want to be partners. I would consider if they could be partner of only one part of the business and not the rest. Is this legal?

You can so what is called a serial LLC, which allows sub-LLCs under the big LLC. This way you can give them a partnership interest in the one part and not the rest. If you would like help with this, you may email me at [email protected] for an appointment.
